Beyond farm-to-table, The Freighthouse is owned by certified organic farmers, and serves fresh, local, organic ingredients; many planted, cultivated, harvested and processed all by the owners at Tamarlane Farm, our certified organic dairy and vegetable farm. These ingredients not only taste superior, but they are fresher, travel less distance to reach us, and are overall better for you, your family, and the environment.
