Carmen’s Ice Cream, est. 1979, is the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont's award-winning ice cream shop; named one of “America’s Top 500 Sundae Places,” and named to “The Sundae Hall of Fame.” Carmen’s offers an extensive menu with over 50 flavors (seasonally) of hard and soft serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, organic ice cream, and creative sundaes.
Carmen’s is OPEN YEAR-ROUND and offers an extensive menu of sundaes, homemade apple crisp, splits, shakes, and in the summer bring your four-legged friend (and a doggie dish or doggie cone with a homemade biscuit) for a walk in the park next to Carmen’s, or relax on our porch and take in the sunshine and a delicious dish of ice cream.
