Carmen’s Ice Cream, est. 1979, is the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont's award-winning ice cream shop; named one of “America’s Top 500 Sundae Places,” and named to “The Sundae Hall of Fame.” Carmen’s offers an extensive menu with over 50 flavors (seasonally) of hard and soft serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, organic ice cream, and creative sundaes.
